Concept
今でこそ私の生きる日本の社会はSDGsや個人の自由な価値観に受け入れができる姿勢が構築されつつありますが、私が留学した頃は、まだまだ自由な価値観に閉鎖的でした。

留学先のフランスでは多国籍の人々の様々な価値観が日常的に交差していました。

私はこの個人の自由な価値観が交差する環境が大変心地よく思いました。

留学から帰ることとなった時は母国の日本に帰ることに大きな不安を感じていました。

個人の自由な価値観を容認できる文化は社会やそこに生きる我々の人生を豊かにすると信じこの作品を描きました。

Inspiration by:
After returning to Japan after studying abroad, I felt a sense of discomfort with my home country, which consisted of differences in culture and atmosphere. I felt a crossover in my inner world as I walked towards a new life in my home country. This is the inspiration I got from that feeling.

Concept:
Nowadays, the Japanese society in which I live is becoming more and more accepting of the SDGs and individual values, but when I studied abroad, it was still closed to free values.
In France, where I studied abroad, multinational people's various values intersected with each other on a daily basis.
I was very comfortable in this environment of free values.
When I returned to Japan after studying abroad, I was very anxious about going back to my home country. I believed that a culture that tolerates the free values of the individual would enrich the society and the lives of the people who live there.
